The module provides specific and deep knowledge of creating, timely and successful implementing and managing projects of grant life cycle and / or research and innovation. It covers every phase of the grant proposal development and grant project management: concept and initiation (project charter and initiation); definition and planning (scope and budget, work breakdown schedule, Gantt chart, communication plan, risk management; need of partners or stakeholders); launch and execution (status and tracking, KPIs, quality, forecasts; involvement of stakeholders and communities); performance and control (objectives, quality deliverables, cost tracking); project closure.
