<p>During the course student groups solve a sustainability-related case delivered by working life actors in the WAT field, and report the work orally and also briefly in written form. There are few compulsory contact sessions for the whole class that contribute to students' team work skills, understanding of sustainability as a concept, futures thinking abilities, and to creating the final presentation. Otherwise the group members are expected to organize their work independently during the course and agree on meetings with their mentors, who are representatives from the WAT field.</p>
