<p>The focus is on a management and development of a modern technology-based business organization. The course includes lectures on high tech firms, relevant trends, business ecosystems and markets, organization and project management, new product and process development, entrepreneurial finance and human resource development. Special emphasis is on factors of a successful business-level digital transformation strategy and the related capabilities such as organizational change management. Lectures include insights from case studies of real-world business organizations, first-hand experiences from industry guest lecturers and might include site visits to industrial and business environments. The guest lecturers, content, and the case studies vary from year to year.</p>
