<p>The course covers the application of project management in different types of projects and in different organizations and industries. The course focuses on advanced project management approaches and methodologies in:</p><ul><li>Organizing, scheduling and management of time in projects</li><li>Project strategy</li><li>Buying projects and subprojects</li><li>Contracts and different contractual arrangements in project business</li><li>Management of risk and uncertainty</li><li>Innovation in projects</li><li>Management of projects at the firm level, and management of project and business networks</li><li>Sustainability and responsibility in projects and project business</li></ul><p>The project business framework is used for covering the distinctive and interconnected management areas of: management of a project, management of a project-based firm, management of a project network, and management of a business network.</p><p> </p>
