<p>The course focuses on the analysis and design of services and service systems from the perspectives of the productivity and sustainability of service-based operations. The course covers the fundamental principles of the service economy, multi-actor value creation in service operations, innovation for new service concepts in complex service systems, modularity of service solutions, business models in service ecosystems, and institutional change towards sustainable service-based value creation.</p>
