<p>As practical exercises nanostructured materials are studied with various microscopy methods. Course includes basic sample preparation methods for both hard and soft materials and practical microscopy exercises by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM).</p>
