<p>The course covers aspects which are relevant to both academic research and industrial applications revolving around enzymes. Topics covered include enzyme production, methods to assess enzyme activities and kinetics, as well as in-depth understanding of the current methods used to design and engineer proteins. The learnings will be applied to relevant case studies to illustrate the diversity of enzyme applications and to analyze the suitability of the varying methods used to select, design and produce enzymes.</p>
