<p>The course will be arranged as a seminar with introductory lectures. The main contents will deal with wind power in the energy system with specific topics on relevant themes. In broad terms these could include the following (but not limited to these):<br />Wind power technology, wind power production, life-cycle of wind projects, large-scale wind power, integration and interfacing with grid, wind power in the electricity market, offshore wind power, measurement technology, wind power projects - production estimates and environmental analyses, technology trends; use of modelling tools.</p>
